The RORA Dianhong Golden Snail Black Tea is a premium single-origin whole leaf black tea celebrated for its rich maltiness, smooth body, and captivating natural aroma. Carefully withered, rolled, fully oxidized, and masterfully fired to unlock deep, complex notes.

Flavor Profile & Tasting Notes

Aroma: Sweet honey, ripe stone fruit, warm malt, with delicate roasted undertones.
Liquor Color: Bright amber-red with a golden ring around the cup edge.
Mouthfeel: Velvety, naturally sweet, full-bodied with a lingering, refreshing finish (huigan) and zero harsh bitterness.

Brewing Guide & Parameters

Water Temperature: 90°C - 95°C (194°F - 203°F) for optimal flavor extraction without scalding delicate bud tips.
Leaf-to-Water Ratio: Gongfu style: 5g per 110ml water | Western style: 3g per 250ml water.
Steeping Time: Gongfu: 10-15s for the 1st-3rd infusions, increasing by 5s for subsequent brews (6-8 infusions total). Western: 3-4 minutes.

Storage & Freshness

Storage: Store in an airtight container away from direct sunlight, moisture, heat, and strong aromas.
